What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is at 11am.
Luggage storage is also available.
How many bedrooms do you have?
We have 40 bedrooms including 5 Suites.

Which room types have free-standing baths in the bedroom?
The Master Suites, Luxe Junior Suites, and some Comfy Rooms feature free-standing baths in the bedroom.
Do the rooms have opening windows or balconies?
Due to safety regulations, our windows do not open. The Master Suites do feature a window that can be tilted open.
What is your cancellation policy for flexible rate reservations?
Reservations booked on a flexible rate can be cancelled without penalty up to 12 noon, one day prior to arrival. Non-refundable rates require full prepayment and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
What are the requirements for group bookings?
Specific terms apply depending on group size. Please contact our Reservations Team for further details.

What is the maximum occupancy per room?
Our rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 adults per room.
What options do you have for extra beds and baby cots?
Baby cots suitable for infants and toddlers up to 3 years old are available at no extra charge in all room types. Please request a cot during booking.
For children up to 16 years old, we can provide rollaway beds in selected room types. Extra beds are subject to availability. Advance notice is required.
What amenities are included in each guest room?
Each room features a safe, minibar, Nespresso machine, kettle, iron, robes, slippers, toiletries, and hairdryer.
What is your deposit and payment policy?
A card pre-authorisation of the full stay room rate plus a £100 per night deposit is required at check-in. The name on the booking must match the name on the card.
Cash payments require the same card pre-authorisation on check-in.
For mobile wallet payments like Apple Pay or Google Pay, a £200 deposit per night is required instead of £100.
What is the minimum age to use the rooftop infinity pool?
The rooftop infinity pool is accessible to guests over 16 years old.
What is the minimum age for overnight hotel stays?
The minimum age to stay overnight is 18 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Do you have interconnecting rooms?
We offer a selection of interconnecting room combinations such as Snug-Cosy, Cosy-Cosy, and Snug-Suite.

Do you have any rooms available with a jacuzzi or private pool?
No, however, all guests receive complimentary access to our rooftop infinity pool, which can be accessed at guest leisure within the opening hours (7am to 9pm).
