Is the Spa included for hotel guests?
When booking directly with the hotel, overnight guests receive complimentary access to our Thermal Spa Facilities for one hour per night stayed. Guests can choose to extend their access to two hours for an additional £10 per hour, per person.
What amenities are included in the Spa facilities?
The Spa facilities include a sauna, steam room, heated marble relaxation beds, Himalayan salt inhalation cave, experience showers, and ice fountain. The infinity pool is only accessible to hotel residents. Please contact our Reservations Team for further details.

Is there a pool / jacuzzi in the Spa?
No. The infinity pool located at King Street Townhouse hotel is accessible to hotel residents only.
Can non-residents access the Spa?
The Spa is available to non-residents, however, access to the thermal facilities is only available to non-residents with treatment bookings and is included complimentary with Spa packages and treatments lasting 90 minutes or more. An additional fee will apply for thermal access for non-residents with treatments under 90 minutes.
What are the Spa opening hours?
The Spa is open daily from 7am to 9pm, with last entry at 7pm.
