The best afternoon tea in Manchester.
Summer is a season defined by warmth, elegance, and the unmistakable nostalgia of an English garden in bloom. Our pastry team celebrates the season's most vibrant flavours with sun-ripened berries, delicate botanicals and refined pâtisserie inspired by the British countryside at its peak.
British Summertime is an Afternoon Tea that pairs classic British flavours with contemporary techniques. Vibrant berries, fragrant florals and playful textures bring each creation to life, from the delicate layers of a Strawberry & Earl Grey Mille-feuille to the refreshing Blueberry & Lime Mojito Tart. Every element is designed to capture the effortless indulgence of long summer afternoons and elegant garden gatherings.
An Afternoon Tea celebrating the height of the season.
